中药肾区渗透控制多囊肾病（PKD）进展

【摘要】
    目的：总结分析124例因多囊肾发病患者肾区外敷中药渗透治疗结果，观察采用活血化淤，祛风通络，解毒散结，除腐生新的方法治疗效果。
    方法：将部分中药粉碎微细化处理，将部分中药液化处理，混合后加醋外敷在肾区皮肤上，用药物导入仪肾区靶点式导入人体。
    结果：治疗3周后腰痛有效率100%，血尿完全消失79%，尿蛋白减少有效率59%，BUN下降20%，CRE下降22%，24小时蛋白尿下降46%，BP下降，高压15%、低压8%，尿量增加40%，肾脏缩小L9%、R8.3%。
结论：中药肾区皮肤渗透治疗各项指标明显好转，是控制多囊肾病发展的有效办法。
